Jardin Botanique de Montreal

On Monday we took our last trip in Montreal to the Botanical Gardens of Montreal.  It is recognized as one of the greatest gardens in the world.  The gardens contain more than 22,000 plant species, ten exhibition greenhouses, a tree pavilion, and more than 20 thematic gardens.  We had perfect weather for a day of walking outdoors.  Below are just a few pictures of some of the things we saw that day.

The Olympic Stadium is located near the gardens.  I

The Chinese Gardens were one of my favorite exhibits.

In autumn, the Chinese Gardens offers a light show in the evening, which is included with your ticket.  Although we didn't stay for the show...I was able to find some pictures of what it looks like on the internet.
